NOTICE TO THE PASSENGER: WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU GO OVER THE “CONTRATO DE TRANSPORTE DE PASEJERO” (PASSENGER’S CONTRACT OF TRANSPORTATION), THE TIME OF ARRIVAL AT THE AIRPORT BEFORE THE FLIGHT, THE TERMS AND CONDITONS OF TRANSPORTATION AS WELL AS THE REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE CHECK-IN OF YOUR BAGGAGE..

The option “PAGUE SU RESERVA” (pay your reservation) is a new product offered to our customers in order to make payment easier. If you happen to be away from your travel agency or our offices; you are able to pay – by using this new product of ours – through our web site.

If you choose to use this product, you simply need to follow these easy steps:

STEP 1:You have to key in the reservation’s information, if you lack it; request it from your travel agency and or from us:

In the first box, you have to key in the “CODIGO DE RESERVA” (code of reservation). In the second box, your last name – the same spelling – as on the electronic ticket e-ticket.

STEP 2: Verify the reservation’s information: passenger’s correct name, ID/PASSPORT number, etc. If the information is incorrect or incomplete, you will have problems at boarding. Choose your credit card origin.

STEP 3: Key in the credit card information..

STEP 4: We will confirm your purchase information.
 
AUTHORIZATIONS

  • The “PAGUE SU RESERVA” (pay your reservation) option enables adult passengers (from 12 years of age), Children (from 2 to 11 years of age) and babies (from 0 to 2 years of age) to pay for their tickets.
  • In order to use this option, you must make sure that all the information (NAME, LAST NAME, ID/PASSPORT NUMBER) is correct as well as that a previous quotation has been received before hand.

RESTRICTIONS

  • The “PAGUE SU RESERVA” (pay your reservation) option DOES NOT apply for special or discount fares.
  • The “PAGUE SU RESERVA” (pay your reservation) option DOES NOT apply for Bolivians of the third age

 IMPORTANT NOTICE TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT
           
If you travel without baggage, please take into account the following:  

  • For domestic flights, you have to show up at AMASZONAS’ counter the pre-boarding area bearing your boarding pass or boarding card and a valid ID (Identification Card, National Identity Document RUN or passport) at least 60 minutes before the time of departure specified on the e-ticket.
  • If the gate number does not appear when printing your boarding pass or boarding card, please verify it on the airport’s information boards before boarding.
  • Bear in mind the highlighted boarding time on the boarding pass or boarding card.
  • The carry-on baggage must not be heavier than 3 Kg (7 Lbs) nor bigger than 55 cm x 40cm x 20cm (22” x 16” x 8”). If your baggage exceeds those dimensions, you will have to check it at AMASZONAS’ counter.

AMASZONAS S.A. is not liable for the carry-on baggage.

RESTRICTED GOODS WITHIN THE CARRY-ON BAGGAGE

The following goods cannot be carried as carry-on baggage:

  • Harmful, sharp or cutting goods
  • Matches and lighters
  • Fake or toy weapons
  • Any item that might harm

If you need to take any of the above items with, they have to be checked; otherwise the airport authority will seize them. AMASZONAS S.A. is not responsible for shipping, delivering and/or keeping any of the above listed items in origin or destination.

RESTRICTED GOODS WITHIN THE CHECKED BAGGAGE

The following goods cannot be carried as checked baggage:

  • Fragile goods (porcelain, glass, etc.)
  • Currency
  • Jewelry or precious metals
  • Weapons and explosives
  • Mobile phones, I-phones, I-pods, memory sticks, photographic cameras, etc.
  • Identification documents

In case the passenger needs to take the above items, AMASZONAS S.A. is not liable for the undeclared goods.

HAZARDOUS MATERIAL

For security sake, it is forbidden to transport the following goods because of their harmful status:  

  • Infectious substances and medical samples
  • Compressed, flammable, non-flammable and toxic gases
  • Gas containers, compressed air containers, scuba diving tanks
  • Corrosives (acid or alkaline), humid-cell batteries
  • Explosives: fire arms, ammunition, or fire works
  • Liquid or solid flammables: lighter fuel, matches, and easy-to-ignite goods
  • Radioactive goods
  • Oxidizing or irritant material: bleach, peroxides, whitening liquids, oxygenized water
  • Toxic or poisonous material: arsenic, cyanide, insecticides or herbicides
  • Security briefcases with lithium batteries or pyrotechnic devices
  • Impairment devices such as mace or irritant aerosol
  • Any device or equipment containing mercury with the exception of: a barometer being transported by authorized meteorological personnel an solely as carry-on baggage and a thermometer for personal use.
  • The personal hygiene or medical items to be used by the passenger during his/her trip such as hair spray, perfumes, colognes and medicine containing alcohol all in small quantities are excluded from the above list restriction.
